THE STORY

When does a follower
become a believer?

A dark speculative satire blending internet culture, cosmic horror, and apocalyptic science fantasy.

Atha Scintilla’s accidental viral fame grows into a decades-long career built on reinvention, scandal, and devotion.

What her followers don’t know is that she has spent her entire life hiding something stranger: she was raised by inhuman guardians to fulfill an apocalyptic purpose she abandoned for an ordinary human life.

But escaping one script means entering another. Publicists manufacture authenticity. Fans turn vulnerability into content. Every new identity promises freedom—and gives someone else something to sell.

As her influence grows and reality begins responding to her body, the line between fandom and worship collapses. And the sister she has always treated as a sidekick may be far more important than anyone imagined.

BENEATH THE PERFORMANCE

A self to invent.
An audience to believe.

Explore the forces shaping Atha’s world.

AUTHENTICITY / REINVENTION

Even being real has a brand.

Aliases, aesthetics, relationships, public personas: Atha keeps rebuilding herself. The more carefully constructed she becomes, the more her audience rewards her for authenticity. How long can a performance continue before it replaces the person?

HOW THE STORY IS TOLD

You’re watching.
Who is choosing what you see?

Recovered livestreams. Private messages. Social-media archives. Corporate records.

CG-7 reconstructs Atha’s digital presence from surviving fragments. Public spectacle sits beside private evidence, and the record asks as many questions as it answers.

The archive is part of the story. What gets preserved? What gets omitted? And what does an audience become when it keeps watching?
